Franchise - Lists the franchises in world.

User - Lists of users in world.

Chat (Total/New) - The Chat link allows you to correspond with other users. After clicking the chat link you will be able to correspond with the selected user. "Total" refers to the total number of messages you have received from a user. "New" indicates how many unread messages you have from the corresponding user.
